THERMA-FLOW® Freeze-Protected Systems
Built to withstand the extreme cold, Encon offers a selection of Freeze-Protected Showers that resist freezing by maintaining an internal water temperature above 50 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Encon® also offers a customized model selection, allowing you to design a product that meets the specific needs of your facility - incorporating your local, corporate safety, electrical, mechanical and maintenance requirements.
THE THERMA-FLOW®

AQUARION® PORTABLE EYEWASH
The Aquarion® AQ100H130 series enhances the AQ100 model by adding freeze protection with an insulating blanket and a thermostatically controlled 120VAC internal heater set to maintain 85°F (30°C).
The yellow outer jacket is made up of a outer PVC coated nylon shell, a inner filling of a fine web of thin insulate material and then finally lined with another PVC liner. These materials work together to create an excellent thermal and moisture protection barrier, while ensuring high visibility.

The heat reflective jacket is highly visible, aluminum-coated, and designed with fiberglass and sewn-in insulation to resist heat transfer and maintain fluid temperature.

With its portable and fillable tank design, the Self-Contained Gravity Fed has proven to be a reliable safety eyewash unit that is ideal for areas where plumbed, potable water isn't available.
- 14-gallon self-contained tank delivers ANSI-required 15-minute flush.
- Gravity-fed design provides eyewash protection without plumbing.
- Compact 5.24" depth with molded handles for easy portability.
- Pull-down tray activates eyewash heads and shields them when stored.
Available as the Gravity Fed Eyewash Heater Assembly and Jacket, or the Gravity Fed Eyewash Jacket only.
FREEZE PROTECTION VALVES
Freeze protection valves are essential for preventing emergency equipment like showers and eyewashes from freezing in cold environments.
The valve activates automatically as temperatures approach freezing, allowing a controlled flow of water to keep the system operational and compliant with ANSI Z358.1 standards.
